About the Role

This on-site Owner Operator Truck Driver position is based in Williston, ND. The driver is responsible for safely transporting crude oil from well sites and facilities to designated delivery points while complying with all federal, state, and company regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route and schedule requirements.
  • Promptly report any mechanical or safety issues.
  • Care for and maintain assigned equipment.
  • Uphold PFS’s safety standards and contribute to a team-focused work environment.

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL with tanker and HAZMAT endorsements.
  • Clean driving record and strong safety history.
  • Proven experience in crude or liquid bulk hauling; familiarity with energy-producing regions and field operations is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform thorough vehicle inspections, follow DOT regulations, and maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
  • Strong situational awareness and safety focus, including adherence to company safety protocols and commitment to safe driving practices.
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, field personnel, and customers; ability to work collaboratively as part of one team.
  • Reliable, self-directed work habits, with the ability to work long or irregular hours and in varying weather and field conditions.
  • Physical ability to climb, bend, lift hoses and equipment, and safely handle loading and unloading tasks.
  • Ownership or readiness to obtain and maintain a well-kept truck that meets company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in oilfield or energy transportation is a plus.
