Owner Operator - Regional Tanker Driver

About the role

This role involves hauling tanker trailers under a self-dispatch model, allowing you to select loads, lanes, and home time to maximize revenue. You will operate under the company's authority, with no charge for hauling tankers, and handle hands-on loading and unloading of freight.

Responsibilities

• Select loads via a user-friendly mobile app from a large private load board.
• Operate trucks that meet specific requirements, including passing DOT inspections and having essential safety features.
• Haul tanker freight efficiently while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
• Participate in incentive programs, including bonuses and compensation for fuel, tires, and maintenance expenses.

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card and endorsements for Tanker and HazMat within specified timeframes.
• Operate trucks that are 2011 or newer, EPA10 compliant, equipped with Collision Mitigation Systems and PTO.
