Owner Operator- Complex Appliance Installation (Detroit, MI)

Allegro Home Delivery is one of the fastest-growing final-mile appliance carriers in the country, holding both retail and builder contracts for consistent, predictable weekly volume.

About the role

Local owner-operator route opportunity for appliance delivery and installation. You provide a 26-ft box truck with liftgate and a two-person team (driver 21+, helper 18+). We provide consistent volume from retail, direct-to-home, and builder customers—home daily with no load chasing.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and installation of appliances to manufacturer specifications
• Haul-away of old appliances
• Photo documentation of completed work

Appliances you’ll handle:

• Refrigerators
• Ranges & Hoods
• Dishwashers
• Washers & Dryers
• Microwaves
• Freezers
• Wall Ovens & Cooktops
• Trash Compactors

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Active MC & DOT number with FMCSA (support available if you don’t have one yet)
• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Valid SSN or FEIN for contract setup
• Hand tools and appliance install experience (training available for limited experience)
• Pass background check and drug screen

Pay

Weekly settlements via direct deposit with net-15 payment terms.

• Revenue per stop: $75–$95
• Stops per day: 5–10
• Weekly volume: 40–70 stops

Example weekly earnings:

• Conservative (40 stops at $85/stop): $3,400
• Standard (55 stops at $85/stop): $4,675
• Strong week (70 stops at $85/stop): $5,950
