Owner Operator - CDL A - Dry Van - OTR - Full-Time

Role: Owner Operator (Solo & Team opportunities) responsible for transporting theatrical equipment, sets, costumes, and instruments across North America. Key Responsibilities Operate dry van trailers for over-the-road deliveries within the Lower 48 States and Canada.Ensure timely and safe transportation of entertainment industry cargo.Maintain compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.Utilize company-supported resources, including paid tolls, fuel permits, and insurance.Support the movement of essential production equipment to various events and performances. Qualifications & Skills Valid passport required for cross-border shipments.Strong driving skills with adherence to safety standards.Ability to operate independently and manage timely deliveries.Experience with dry van trailers preferred but not specified. Compensation & Benefits: Average earnings between $275,000–$325,000+ annually, with a guaranteed minimum of $5,000 per week. Most drivers earn $5,500–$6,500+ weekly. Benefits include health insurance support, paid miles (loaded and empty), detention pay, fuel taxes, tolls, cargo and liability insurance, and a fuel price guarantee averaging $1.60/gallon or less after surcharge. A $5,000 driver referral bonus is also offered.
