About the Role
- Local routes with home daily returns
- Consistent volume from retail and builder contracts (predictable weekly stop counts)
- Onboarding support for MC/DOT compliance and hands-on appliance installation training
- Diversified revenue from retail, direct-to-home, and builder customers

Requirements
- 26-ft box truck with liftgate
- Two-person delivery team (driver 21+, helper 18+)
- Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
- Active MC & DOT number with FMCSA (support available if not yet compliant)
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Valid SSN or FEIN for contract setup
- Hand tools and appliance install experience (training available for limited experience)
- Pass background check and drug screen
Responsibilities
- Delivery and installation of appliances to manufacturer specifications
- Handling: refrigerators, ranges & hoods, dishwashers, washers & dryers, microwaves, freezers, wall ovens & cooktops, trash compactors
- Haul-away of old appliances and photo documentation of completed work
Pay
Weekly settlements via direct deposit with Net 15 payment terms.
- Revenue per stop: $75–$95
- Stops per day: 5–10
- Weekly volume: 40–70 stops
