About the Role

• Local routes with home-daily schedules
• Consistent volume from retail and builder contracts (no load chasing)
• Onboarding support for MC/DOT compliance and appliance-installation certification
• Diversified revenue from retail, direct-to-home, and builder customers
• Early partners grow with route volume as the market scales

Responsibilities

• Delivery and installation of appliances to manufacturer specifications
• Haul-away of old appliances and photo documentation of completed work
• Handling of refrigerators, ranges & hoods, dishwashers, washers & dryers, microwaves, freezers, wall ovens & cooktops, and trash compactors

Requirements

• 26-ft box truck with liftgate
• Two-person delivery team (driver 21+, helper 18+)
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR
• Active MC & DOT number with FMCSA (support available if not yet compliant)
• Certificate of Insurance (COI)
• Valid SSN or FEIN for contract setup
• Hand tools and appliance-install experience (training available for limited experience)
• Successful background check and drug screen

Pay

Transparent weekly earnings based on stops:

• Revenue per stop: $75–$95
• Stops per day: 5–10
• Weekly volume: 40–70 stops

• Conservative (40 stops at $85/stop): $3,400 weekly gross
• Standard (55 stops at $85/stop): $4,675 weekly gross
• Strong week (70 stops at $85/stop): $5,950 weekly gross

Weekly settlements via direct deposit with Net 15 payment terms.
