Oversized Load CDL Driver

About the role

CicKo Transportation is an elite trucking company specializing in oversized, overweight, and non-standard hauling needs. We are headquartered just outside Pittsburgh and are known for our ability to transport any load, including heavy equipment, oil and gas rigging, intermodal and dirt moving machines, cranes, storage tanks, and more.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, load, and unload parts and equipment for customers.
• Perform vehicle inspections daily, check gas, oil, and fluid levels, top off fluids as needed, and grease trailer joints.
• Complete and submit daily vehicle inspection paperwork to supervisor.
• Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records.
• Instruct customers on basic equipment operation and provide access to O&M guides.
• Assist in shipping and receiving department tasks as needed.
• Class A CDL license required.
• Must have a clean, safe driving record.
• Experience with oversized loads and manual transmission driving is preferred.
• Lo-Boy experience is beneficial.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical exam.
• Knowledge of rental equipment inventory and DOT requirements.
• Physical demands include strength and stamina.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience delivering heavy equipment.
• Manual transmission driving experience required.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical exam.
