Hillcrest Educational Centers is seeking an Overnight Youth Development Professional to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals who value youth empowerment and safety, prefer overnight work, and need flexible scheduling due to daytime commitments such as schooling, caregiving, or other responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School Degree or GED
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Range: $22.00-$25.25/hr (based on education and experience)
- Shift Differentials: Extra $0.50 or $2.50/hr
- Child Care Reimbursement: Up to $2400 annually ($600 per quarter)

Where You'll Be Working
Brookside ITU is located in Great Barrington, MA and serves girls aged 6–21 with serious emotional and behavioral challenges. The center offers a safe environment for stabilization and comprehensive evaluations by a multidisciplinary team. Personalized plans are developed based on individual needs and strengths, with support tailored to each student's unique circumstances.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintain safety, security, and well-being of students
- Guide students in making thoughtful choices and understanding the impact of their decisions
- Participate as a member of the Treatment Team to ensure consistent care and support
