Overnight Warehouse

About the role

Sterling Personnel is recruiting for a Night-time Warehouse Personnel for a client in Corpus Christi, TX (78405). The position involves manually moving freight, loading customer orders for next‑day delivery, and performing other warehouse duties such as housekeeping and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, ships, or containers, by hand or using equipment
• Safely and properly unload trailers, verify load accuracy, and stage for put‑away
• Pull orders from warehouse locations and utilize conveyor system for sorting & staging
• Hand‑load semi‑trucks and smaller box trucks according to delivery requirements
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jack) as required
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) scan guns and tools to maintain proper inventory levels and location of goods
• Assist in physical inventory and cycle counting as directed
• Interact with associates during shift hand‑off, delivery personnel, and early morning receiving crew
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years of warehouse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to consistently lift 35‑48 lbs throughout the shift and occasionally move (push, drag) up to 100 lbs
• Fast‑paced work environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass drug screening
• Must pass background check

Schedule

• Part‑time, 5 pm – 3 am
