Overnight Valet Supervisor

Hourly Rate: $12–20.00/HR plus cash tips (depending on location and experience). $100 referral bonus for each person you refer who stays active for 90 days.

Schedule

Full-time and part-time positions with flexible, open availability. Must be able to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Greet all customers by name, address their needs, and develop rapport.
• Direct traffic to maintain a smooth flow of cars while maintaining a positive demeanor.
• Work independently with or without supervision.
• Promote exceptional customer relations by going above and beyond to create a positive experience.
• Handle challenging or emotionally charged situations professionally.
• Make independent decisions and stand firm on them.
• Demonstrate urgency, timeliness, and strong teamwork.

Requirements

• Ability to drive a manual/stick shift vehicle.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
• Parking industry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English (speak, read, and comprehend).
• Willingness to work at multiple facility locations and be flexible with assignments.
• Must be able to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.).
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift.
