Overnight Valet Driver - The Delano Miami Beach

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience & Communication
  • Resolve client requests and concerns efficiently, finding creative solutions to problems.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist guests with directions.
  • Clearly explain valet rates and procedures to all customers.
• Vehicle Safety & Operations
  • Carefully inspect every vehicle before parking, noting and reporting any findings.
  • Strictly observe all traffic laws and safe driving practices.
  • Immediately report any accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to management.
• Professional Standards
  • Arrive on time for every scheduled shift, ready to work.
  • Maintain a clean, complete uniform for the entire duration of your shift.
  • Assist management with additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Valet Attendant is a must.
• Valid state driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (stick shift) is a strong plus.
• Flexible schedule to work special shifts, including 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and respond professionally to customers and co-workers.
• Must provide valid documentation to work legally in the U.S. if hired.
• Ability to follow instructions and stay calm during changes, delays, or unexpected events.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment for long periods.
• Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Must remain alert and professional while working in a fast-paced environment.
