Healthcare Location Requirements
- Up to date vaccinations for the following: TDAP (tetanus), MMR (measles), Varicella, Hep B, TB skin test
- Seasonal flu shot (must have or receive)

About the Role
The Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first and last person our clients and customers see, so a warm welcome, smiling face, and professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.
Responsibilities
- Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean and organized, all with a smile on your face
- Welcome guests upon arrival and departure, addressing them by name
- Greet all customers, take care of their needs, and develop a rapport with each person
- Open and close doors for every customer upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with luggage as necessary
- Turn off each car and remove keys
- Provide each customer with a valet ticket and explain the retrieval process
- Park and retrieve cars carefully, efficiently, and in a timely manner
- Work with or without supervision, demonstrating a self-reliant attitude
- Promote excellent customer relations by going above and beyond to make customers love LAZ Parking
Qualifications
- Dynamic, charismatic, and energetic with a passion for helping others
- Dependable and responsible
- Experience in the hospitality industry (parking, restaurants, hotels, etc.) preferred but not required
- Good driver with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (cautious with others’ property)
- Able to drive a standard transmission
- Works well under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills; fluent in speaking, reading, and comprehending English
- Team player who is open to different opinions and helps motivate others
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong customer service experience
Physical Demands
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.)
- Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift
