Overnight Valet Attendant - Pittsburgh

About the Role

As a Valet Attendant at Premium Parking, you will be the first and last impression guests have of their visit. You will greet customers with a smile, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and help create a seamless and memorable guest experience.

Schedule

Available Shifts: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality‑focused attitude.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
• Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking‑related needs.
• Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre‑existing vehicle damage when required.
• Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment.
• Assist with special events, high‑volume periods, and site‑specific operational needs.
• Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 3 years of licensed driving experience.
• Ability to walk at a brisk pace or jog; bend, sit, and stand repeatedly.
• Capability to pull and push car doors consistently for an entire shift.
• May need to bend and twist when getting in and out of a vehicle.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and push up to 100 lb on a luggage cart.
• Exposure to all weather conditions (rain, cold, heat, humidity).
• Customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining safety and service standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Comfortable driving and operating both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Previous experience in a related field.
• At least 6 months of work experience.
