Overnight Teleradiologist

About the role

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and efficient overnight Radiologist to provide diagnostic imaging interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, timely interpretation of standard diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound.
• Prioritize and manage STAT, urgent, and routine cases during overnight shifts.
• Communicate critical findings promptly and effectively to referring physicians and clinical teams.
• Maintain clear, concise, and compliant radiology reports.
• Collaborate with emergency department staff and hospital clinicians as needed.
• Adhere to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives when applicable.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible MD or DO.
• Completion of an accredited Radiology Residency Program with Fellowship preferred.
• Active license or ability to obtain an active unrestricted medical license.
