About the role

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service - Operate the cash register and drive-thru - Prepare and serve orders - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards - Operate the fryer and griddle

Requirements

- Must love to smile, laugh, and have fun - Previous food service or management experience is a plus, but not required - Able to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly - Enjoy working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Promote and drive White Castle initiatives to increase brand loyalty - Be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
