About the Role

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter assists in the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. This role focuses on reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters, enabling them to provide legendary customer service and selling opportunities. Overnight Task Team Outfitters work during overnight hours to efficiently complete tasks such as replenishment, inventory management, price changes, recovery, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts general replenishment for all areas, including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
  • Supports inventory management by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and maintaining display integrity.
  • Executes temporary and permanent price changes, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
  • Performs recovery tasks such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
  • Supports visual merchandising by updating signage, end caps, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and prepping merchandise for ads and resets.
  • Assists with planogram execution and maintenance across hardlines departments.
  • Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business hours.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Years of Experience: Two years

Skills

  • Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and setting planograms and visual merchandising directives.
  • Skill in identifying and replenishing out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
  • Effective communication with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts.

Physical Requirements

  • Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay

Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.75
