Overnight Task Team Outfitter - Full Time

About the role

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter assists in the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. This role focuses on non-selling tasks during overnight hours to reduce the workload of Sales Outfitters, enabling them to provide legendary customer service and selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management by completing on-demand counts, empty peg scanning, and ensuring display integrities.
• Perform temporary and permanent price change execution, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Perform recovery tasks across departments, such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re-hanging merchandise.
• Support visual merchandising for assigned areas, including fixture replacement, updating signage, end caps, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, and mannequin dressing.
• Prepare and set up merchandise for ads and perform resets for assigned departments.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out-of-stock or low-stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Regular computer work.
• Frequent walking and standing.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $15.00 - $17.75 per hour.
