Overnight Task Team - Full Time

About the role

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter assists in the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. This role reduces non‑selling tasks performed by Sales Outfitters, enabling legendary customer service and selling opportunities. The focus is on completing non‑selling tasks during overnight hours to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on‑demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrity checks, etc.
• Perform temporary and permanent price‑change execution, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Execute recovery tasks across departments such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re‑hanging.
• Support visual merchandising for assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end‑cap updates, visual merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and preparation of merchandise for ads.
• Perform resets for assigned departments when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience.

Skills

• Ability to use System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out‑of‑stock or low‑stock inventory.
• Ability to communicate with retail sales‑floor outfitters and leadership on price changes and replenishment.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.

Physical Requirements

• Regular computer work, walking, standing.
• Lifting up to 50 lb.
