Position Summary

The Overnight Task Team Outfitter assists in the overall operational functions and health of the retail store campus. This role reduces non‑selling tasks for Sales Outfitters, enabling legendary customer service and selling opportunities by focusing on non‑selling tasks during overnight hours.

Essential Functions

• Conduct general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing, and Gifts.
• Support inventory management with the Inventory Control team by completing on‑demand counts, empty‑peg scanning, and display integrity checks.
• Perform temporary and permanent price‑change execution, including tagging, signage, and inventory adjustment review.
• Execute recovery tasks across departments such as folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, and re‑hanging.
• Support visual merchandising for assigned areas, including fixture replacement, signage updates, end‑cap updates, visual‑merchandising directives, floor moves, mannequin dressing, and preparation of merchandise for ads and resets.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance throughout all hard‑lines departments.
• Support OMNI fulfillment during peak business periods.
• All other duties as assigned.

Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability

• Proficiency with System Two and RF/Gizmo devices.
• Ability to review and set planograms and visual‑merchandising directives.
• Ability to identify and replenish out‑of‑stock or low‑stock inventory.
• Effective communication with retail sales‑floor outfitters and leadership regarding price changes and replenishment.
• Willingness and ability to work overnight shifts.

Physical Requirements

Regular computer work, walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.

Pay

Starting pay rate: $16.00 – $18.75 (part‑time).
