Overnight Supervisor

About the role

Are you the Overnight Supervisor we have been looking for? In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our clients! Little Heroes Home is a Group Home treatment setting for latency-aged clients that specializes in trauma informed care. Little Heroes provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team with an energetic, positive approach while conveying passion for helping others.
• Ensure program safety and compliance with safety and security procedures on site.
• Support the professional development of Residential Counselors through training and supervision (including rotating on‑call coverage).
• Support all efforts to ensure the safety and well‑being of clients.
• Support staff and programming by applying knowledge of Little Heroes Home’s Residential Department policies and procedures.
• Remain awake throughout the overnight shift to ensure client safety and wellbeing.
• Provide physical interventions and verbal de‑escalations to maintain a safe therapeutic atmosphere.
• Transport clients as required (valid driver’s license needed).
• Work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Group home, residential program, or mental health facility experience required.
• Supervisory experience in a mental health facility required.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license (transporting clients is required).
• Available to work evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts as required.
• Undergo background and driving record checks.

Pay

Pay range: $22.50 to $33.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, certifications, and qualifications; the range may be modified in the future.

Schedule

Full‑time position with 40 hours per week, flexible schedule. Overtime may be mandated as needed.
