Overnight Supervisor

About the role

The Overnight Supervisor oversees the Outfitters on the overnight shift within the retail store. Key responsibilities include sales floor replenishment, merchandise presentation, seasonal resets, inventory management, and price change execution.

Responsibilities

• Delegates tasks and work assignments to team members
• Maintains visual presentation standards
• Ensures nightly replenishment of sales floor
• Supports inventory management and special events coordination
• Assists in staffing and training
• Ensures compliance with break and lunch regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of retail experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with PC-based inventory management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

• Ability to read and analyze reports
