Overnight Street Sweeper (CDL B) - Full Time

As our next Street Sweeper, you'll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. In this role, you’ll take ownership of assigned routes, drive the street sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well-maintained. The job responsibilities below outline the core duties and expectations of a position, providing clarity on how the role supports Company goals.

Job Requirements

• Education: High School or GED
• Experience: 1 year DOT driving experience – waste & recycling services experience preferred
• Licenses: CDL-B & DOT Medical Card
• Endorsements: Tanker endorsement strongly preferred
• Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
• Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.

• Communication & Issue Reporting: Effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates, represent the Company professionally, and immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent sitting and walking/standing
• Occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling
• Limited stair climbing and crawling
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs at varying heights, including overhead
• Continuous reading, screen use, mental focus, and hand-eye coordination throughout the workday
