Your daily impact: As our next Street Sweeper, you'll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. In this role, you’ll take ownership of assigned routes, drive the street sweeper, and operate specialized equipment to keep streets clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment in accordance with company standards. Ensure all safety features are operational before beginning route.
• Review assigned routes thoroughly prior to departure. Be proactive in asking clarifying questions if the route or expectations are unclear. Complete assigned jobs within the allotted timeframe while maintaining expected quality and attention to detail.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently at all times, following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and site-specific protocols. Exercise additional caution during inclement weather or challenging site conditions.
• Handle materials safely and securely; Apply correct procedures for material types and disposal sites.
• Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soon as safely possible. Immediately escalate opportunities, work issues, or safety concerns to management.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company on job sites or in public areas. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed.
• Accurately complete required logs, manifests, and forms.
• Respond appropriately to changes and challenges; identify and solve issues timely.
