Overnight Stocking Clerk

About the Role

This position is responsible for taking stock from either an l-cart or pallet and, using the correct location codes provided on the box, placing the stock in the correct location on the shelf. This process is repeated until the assigned area is finished. If you enjoy working with food, helping customers, and staying active in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers and teammates
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Previous retail or food service experience is helpful, but not required.

Pay

This job has a step pay plan that generally starts between $16.10 and $17.40 per hour, with raises occurring after predetermined hours worked. The actual rate offered will meet or surpass the legal wage requirement for the job's location.
