Overnight Stocking Associate

Responsibilities

• Takes stock from either an l-cart or pallet
• Uses correct location codes provided on the box to put stock in the correct location on the shelf
• Repeats this process until the assigned area is finished
• Ensures shelves are fully stocked for customers
• Moves product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately
• Pulls backstock and disposes of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas
• Works closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Provides friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed
• Works overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead
• Supports other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Comfortable learning and using basic technology
• Fulfills processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way
• Stays calm and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoys being part of a team and supporting shared goals
• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
• Able to perform physical tasks, such as lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
