Overnight Stocker Full Time

About the role

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club. Ensures that all merchandise is clearly labeled, fully stocked, and that the club environment remains neat and clean by removing trash and debris. Team members support club policies, procedures, and compliance while delivering service excellence to members.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and food items.
• Maintain clear and visible product labels, price tags, and display signage.
• Create labels and apply merchandise sales tags as needed.
• Handle damaged or spoiled products according to company policies.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club environment.
• Support club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned, including cross‑departmental work.
• Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, and de‑escalate issues.
• Adhere to GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA) and maintain Full, Fresh, Clean club standards.
• Ensure accurate signage and promotional plan execution.
• Understand and monitor production or financial performance reporting for the department.

Qualifications

• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big‑box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Job Conditions

• Continuous movement on hard surfaces; frequent bending, climbing, crawling, reaching, and stooping.
• Lifting objects up to 30 lb; occasional lifting of heavier or awkward items with assistance.
• Indoor environment with moving machinery and loud equipment; may require shouting to be heard.
• Exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and coolers.
• Potential exposure to cleaning agents.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Pay

Estimated compensation range: $17.50 – $21.44 per hour (actual salary may vary based on location, education, experience, and qualifications).
