Overnight Stocker

About the role

The Overnight Stocker performs a wide variety of tasks both on and off the sales floor. In this role you will work independently and accurately while meeting productivity goals and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise on applicable store fixtures following established stocking standards and plans.
• Rearrange and organize existing and misplaced merchandise on fixtures to enable straightening of merchandise areas on the sales floor.
• Retrieve and prepare merchandise for stocking: case cutting, printing pricing labels, performing price checks, removing product from packaging, affixing pricing labels/stickers, and organizing prepared merchandise for stocking.
• Remove and dispose of related cardboard and trash.
• Assist with backroom organization by safely removing and replacing product, fixtures, and other equipment.
• Support housekeeping standards: clean fixtures, remove debris and trash from sales floor and backroom, and clean up product spills.
• Perform additional duties such as break room and restroom housekeeping, price changes, furniture assembly, cart retrieval, and trailer unloading.
• Follow all store standards and procedures, including compliance with company safety policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in stockrooms and/or overnight stock teams preferred.

Pay

Base salary: $19.50 per hour.
