Responsibilities
- Set and uphold department standards for customer service, cleanliness, sanitation, team relations, and overall profitability
- Supervise and direct the overnight stock crew, assistant managers, departments, and custodian crews, assigning duties and holding individual check-ins
- Oversee ordering from the warehouse including pre-orders for grocery, non-foods, and supplies, and coordinate work with assistant managers
- Coordinate the C.A.R.S. system including inventory setup, understock and backstock management, trigger settings, damage removal, and order review
