Work Shift/Schedule
Wed–Sat 6:30pm–5:00am (4 ten‑hour shifts/week) or Thurs–Sun 6:30pm–5:00am (4 ten‑hour shifts/week)
Core Responsibilities

- Maintain comprehensive customer profiles including current and past medical history, clinical and laboratory data, and concurrent medications (including over‑the‑counter and home remedies).
- Evaluate physician medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and route of administration. Make recommendations for therapy changes to the prescriber as appropriate.
- Operate and troubleshoot pharmacy automation systems: utilize, monitor, and troubleshoot automated dispensing and fulfillment systems to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely preparation of prescription orders.
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and engineering teams to resolve automation issues, optimize workflows, and maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Dispense controlled substances and maintain regulatory compliance: accurately dispense controlled substances in accordance with DEA regulations and state‑specific laws; maintain thorough, timely, and auditable records of all controlled substance transactions, including inventory management, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Provide clinical support: answer clinical questions and provide guidance; collaborate with healthcare team members; document all healthcare team communications; investigate and resolve medication errors.
- Implement policies and procedures in accordance with state and federal laws; maintain required regulatory documentation; participate in continuous improvement initiatives; support pharmacy operations across departments as needed.
- Physical requirements may include ability to perform warehouse work and lift at least 20 pounds.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy License in state of employment (additional licenses may be required).
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and pharmacy systems.
- Exemplary interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations.
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining quality customer service.
Pay
USA, IN, Plainfield – $103,800.00 – $146,400.00 USD annually. Your package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
