Overnight Shuttle Driver - Class B Required

About the role

Our professional Shuttle Drivers provide safe and courteous transportation of customers between the parking facility and airport, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service.

Pay

$19.42 per hour (plus cash and mobile tips) with regular bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Overnight, full-time: Friday to Tuesday, 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Greet each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service and demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
• Comply with all regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Currently holds and is able to maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Currently holds a Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement and any applicable licenses or badges required by governing authorities.
• Must be willing to pass a physical as required by airport, federal DOT, and/or state regulations.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public, understand highway signs, respond to inquiries, and complete reports in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage, with or without accommodation.
