Tomorrow's Hope is looking for an Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to join our amazing Supported Living team! This is much more than a job. You'll play an important role in helping adults with developmental disabilities live independently, safely, and confidently in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do

• Provide attentive, awake overnight support and care
• Assist with medications and medication accountability
• Encourage independence and help participants achieve personal goals
• Build meaningful relationships with the people we serve
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being throughout the shift
• Help maintain a comfortable, clean, and welcoming home environment
• Be a positive role model and advocate for participant rights

Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $17.75/hour for candidates with Assistance With Medications certification and a good driving record.

Full-Time Schedule: Every other Wednesday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM; Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Requirements

• Must be at least 18
• Valid Idaho Drivers License (other state license ok for 60 days)
• Clearance from Department Of Health and Welfare Criminal History Unit
• Have a GED or higher
• Certified in CPR/FA, Mandt and Assistance with Medication Administration (Can complete within 60 days of hire)
