Overnight Security Supervisor - Hilton Anatole

About the role

As a Security Supervisor, you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make every guest’s stay safe and enjoyable. You’ll oversee security operations and facility safety, ensuring a secure environment for guests and team members alike.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols to monitor interior and exterior hotel premises, identifying and addressing safety risks, security threats, and undesirable conditions
• Support emergency responses by coordinating with local authorities and internal teams during incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats
• Supervise and develop the team by training, scheduling, and guiding Security Guards/Officers to ensure high performance and adherence to standards
• Investigate incidents by conducting preliminary investigations, gathering relevant information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting
• Promote workplace safety by encouraging adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members
• Provide security backup by stepping in to fulfill security officer responsibilities as required
