Overnight Security Guard - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident requests and emergencies on third shift (8pm to 8am).
• Promptly assess situations and contact appropriate individuals when called.
• Handle light maintenance/janitorial emergencies.
• Secure campus nightly by checking doors, lights, and ground areas.
• Make regular rounds of buildings.
• Complete reports of nightly rounds and occurrences during assigned shift.
• Assist with projects and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Uphold and perpetuate the core values and mission of Villa St. Benedict.

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related area with little direct supervision
• Experience using tools and equipment required for this position
• Basic understanding of computers
• CPR/AED certified
• First Aid certified
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License

Preferred:

• PERC helpful

$24.00 - 26.00 per hour
