Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to residents
- Adhere to state and federal regulations
- Lead and mentor other nursing staff
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Use advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and online systems
Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- Management experience
- Complete knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
Qualifications
- Experience working in senior housing
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for improving healthcare in senior living
