Overnight Replenishment Team Member
About the role
Ensure product freshness and availability by replenishing shelves, rotating stock, and following proper code dating procedures to maintain a safe shopping environment. Develop strong product knowledge throughout the store to assist customers in locating items and provide helpful suggestions about selections. Contribute to team efficiency by maintaining cleanliness of work areas and delivering friendly, attentive customer service in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Replenish shelves, displays, and floor locations by unloading, sorting, and stocking product from deliveries and the backroom in a timely and organized manner.
- Rotate stock and follow proper code dating procedures on every fill; pull and flag out-of-date or unsellable product to maintain product freshness, quality, and a safe shopping environment.
- Maintain backroom organization and product staging areas; ensure product is properly sorted, labeled, and accessible to support efficient replenishment operations.
- Identify and communicate out-of-stock conditions to the Lead or Team Leader promptly; take initiative to resolve gaps and escalate when replenishment cannot be completed within shift.
- Develop and apply strong store product knowledge to assist guests in locating items, answering questions, and providing helpful suggestions that enhance the shopping experience.
- Deliver friendly, attentive customer service in every guest interaction; approach guests proactively and address needs with urgency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including the sales floor, backroom, and cooler/freezer environments; uphold all safety and sanitation standards.
- Submit credits for damaged or unsellable product accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with department procedures.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies; report safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to the Lead or Team Leader immediately.
Requirements
- 0 to 6 months of experience required.
- No high school diploma required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

Pay
The hiring range for this position is $15.00–$15.37 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.
