About the role

As a Remodel Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in transforming store layouts to enhance the shopping experience. Your work will involve resetting aisles, relocating fixtures, building displays, and ensuring product placement aligns with updated store plans.

Responsibilities

• Resetting and relocating store fixtures and displays
• Building and arranging displays to optimize product visibility
• Ensuring product placement aligns with store plans
• Interacting with both customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management
• Age 18 or older
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Willing to work overnight/3rd shift
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and build successful teams
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
