Overnight Registered Nurse (RN) NANA Healthcare Management, LLC Dunwoody, GA PRN | Part-Time | Full-Time Overnight Shift | $38–$48/hour, based on experience NANA Healthcare Management, LLC is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare team in Dunwoody, GA for overnight coverage. We are open to PRN, part-time, and full-time RNs who are interested in working overnight shifts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys a collaborative environment and providing quality care within a behavioral health setting. What You'll Do Provide nursing care and clinical support to patients throughout the overnight shiftComplete nursing assessments and monitor patient conditionObtain and document vital signs and other clinical observationsAdminister medications and treatments as orderedMonitor patients for changes in medical or behavioral statusRespond appropriately to medical and psychiatric concerns or emergenciesCommunicate significant changes in condition to the appropriate provider and clinical leadershipMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical recordSupport a safe, structured, and therapeutic treatment environmentCollaborate with BHTs, therapists, providers, and other members of the treatment teamComplete shift-to-shift communication and handoffFollow all applicable nursing, safety, and organizational policies What We're Looking For Active Georgia RN license or compact RN licenseCurrent BLS/CPR certificationMinimum 1 year of nursing experience preferredBehavioral health, psychiatric, substance use, residential, PHP/IOP, or acute care experience preferredStrong assessment and medication administration skillsAbility to recognize and appropriately respond to changes in patient conditionStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work independently while remaining connected to the larger clinical teamReliable attendance and ability to work overnight shifts Schedule Overnight shifts available Employment options include: PRNPart-TimeFull-Time We are open to discussing scheduling based on your availability and the needs of the program.
