Telecare’s Olympia Next Steps (#266) is an 11‑bed, secure Long‑Term Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) program in Olympia, WA, for adults who have achieved stability and are ready to transition from a traditional E&T setting but still need 24/7, higher‑intensity support. The program provides psychiatric treatment, medication management, peer support, rehabilitation, symptom reduction, and discharge planning, with a typical stay of approximately 90 days and a focus on helping individuals transition to a lower level of care.
Responsibilities
The Recovery Specialist II provides care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of members served, delivering direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
