Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Overnight Public Safety Ambassador to join our team at Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa. Responsibilities

• Patrols property, inside and out during all shifts
• Check doors and stairwells to make sure they are secure
• Respond to complaints and calls for help
• Purchase, maintain and monitor security cameras and alarm systems
• Escorts unruly patrons and loiters from the property
• Assists with securing taxi for inebriated guests
• Fills out report at end of shift
• Perform various other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years in Security role
• Minimum of High School education

Qualifications

• Post-high school education preferred
• Peace Office training preferred

Skills

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail
• Authoritative verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
• Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings

Pay

$17 - $19 per hour
