Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of the children in our care
• Provide supervision to direct care staff and monitor the daily operation of assigned program
• Ensure all regulatory guidelines and professional standards are followed
• Provide crisis prevention and intervention support, guidance, and feedback to direct reports
• Participate in the orientation of new employees and provides ongoing employee training

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college with at least twelve credits hours in a human services discipline to include but not limited to psychology, sociology, social work, education, pastoral counseling, political science, heath, recreation, criminal justice, counseling; and a minimum of two years direct care experience.
• OR 60 college credits from an accredited college with at least twelve credit hours in a human services discipline (as described above); and three years direct care experience.
• Experience: Minimum of one year of supervisory experience required.

Benefits

• Compensation: $22.50 /hr - $25.65 /hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: 10:00pm-8:00am, 4 days a week with rotating weekends [40hrs weekly]
