About the Role

As a Food Clerk, you play a key role in creating a fresh, welcoming, and well‑run store experience within our Fresh departments. You will build positive connections with customers and teammates, share product knowledge, maintain appealing product displays, and support operations across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Take stock from an L‑cart or pallet, using location codes on the box, and place the stock in the correct shelf location until the assigned area is finished.
• Build positive connections with customers and teammates.
• Share product knowledge and help customers find what they need.
• Maintain full, fresh, and visually appealing product displays.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across departments including Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce, and Grocery.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
