Overnight Parking Lot Helper - Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Outside most of the day, cleaning the storefronts of retail properties
• Using a leaf blower to blow off sidewalks
• Changing trash bags
• Walking around the property to check for issues
• Providing proper safety equipment (PPE)
• Completing assigned job(s) in the time allotted
• Performing labor duties as required by team lead
• Performing litter pick-up along highways
• Maintaining various retail properties
• Driving company trucks when needed
• Reporting equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns
• Accurately completing required logs and paperwork

Job Requirements

• Driver’s License not required, only preferred
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Proper work attire (pants, shirt with short sleeve at a minimum) and work boots
