About the role
The Overnight Nurse Manager, Recuperative Care is responsible for overseeing the care of patients in recuperative care units. The role requires managing staff, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating care plans.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the care of patients in recuperative care units
- Manage staff schedules and ensure compliance with hospital policies
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure patient safety and quality of care
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado
- Experience in a healthcare management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare management role
