Overnight Mobile Security Officer

About the role

As a Mobile Officer, you help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring premises, which may include operating a vehicle to patrol. You preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

The Mobile Officer maintains the security and safety of multiple sites by conducting patrols via a motor vehicle. A valid driver’s license and clean driving history are required. No prior experience is necessary—we provide the training and knowledge you need to succeed in the security industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of client sites by vehicle and on foot in various weather and environmental conditions, including rain, icy or muddy surfaces, wet roadways, uneven terrain, steep grassy slopes, wind, and frequent stair climbing.
• Interact professionally with homeless or transient individuals, using sound judgment and de-escalation techniques.
• Maintain strong communication skills, remaining calm, courteous, and professional in challenging situations.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no tickets, at-fault accidents, or moving violations within the past three years).
• Previous mobile patrol or field security experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated stable work history with a pattern of reliability and long-term commitment.
• Availability to work four 10-hour shifts (8-hour and 12-hour shifts are not available for this position).
