Overnight Merch Associate (Bozeman, MT)

About the role

Overnight Associates are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a customer-centric environment. You will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers while being part of a fun, team-oriented retail culture.

Responsibilities

• Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
• Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
• Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
• Performs front end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and reserve online pick up in store with no impact to the customer experience
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures & safety standards
• Able to multitask on assorted merchandising and sales responsibilities
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned (i.e., operational tasks)

Requirements

• Able to work a flexible overnight schedule (including weekends)
• Ability to travel as needed to different store locations
• Comfort in engaging and speaking to customers
• Able to lift and move supplies up to 75 pounds, stand and walk continuously
