Overnight Medical Scribe
About the role
Scribe.ology medical scribes work side-by-side with our emergency department and clinic physician partners, supporting real-time documentation and helping keep visits on track in high-volume settings. Our training program prepares scribes to document complete, accurate clinical charts while navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment—where strong attention to detail, professionalism, and adaptability matter every day.
Responsibilities
- Support real-time documentation in high-volume settings
- Document complete, accurate clinical charts

- Work in a supportive, team-first culture
- Commit to working at least Part-Time hours for six (6) months
- Be prepared for some weekends, holidays, and overnights
- Have strong listening skills and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive attitude with great interpersonal skills
- Have strong typing and writing skills
- Be professional
Requirements
This hands-on experience gives scribes a practical view of clinical medicine before pursuing medical school, PA school, or other graduate programs. It builds fluency in medical terminology, clinical workflows, and EHR documentation standards, while strengthening communication skills and confidence in a real care-team setting. $90 - $95/hour
