About the Role
Minimal maintenance during overnight hours; details to be discussed.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and night auditor.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining all corridors, elevators, public areas, public bathrooms, lobby, landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring the hotel's standards of cleanliness during overnight hours.
- Walk the property inside and outside and complete checklists.
Skills & Abilities
- Maintenance skills preferred.
- Ability to push heavy carts.
- Ability to communicate effectively with various people to provide information, answer questions, and deliver services.
- Ability to lift all equipment and supplies on and off carts.
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand, and walk continuously.
- Pushing carts weighing up to two hundred (200) pounds.
- Lifting a maximum of one hundred (100) pounds.
- Standing and walking for varying lengths of time, often for long periods.
- Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, and smiling.
