Overnight Lead Parking Lot Sweeper (CDL B) – Full-Time
Your daily impact
As our next Parking Lot Sweeper Lead, you'll be at the heart of our mission—delivering essential services that help improve public safety and enhance environmental quality. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all scheduled sweeping services are completed efficiently and to quality standards. The Lead Operator supports route execution, maintains safety procedures, and communicates effectively with team members to ensure a productive and well-coordinated shift.
Job Responsibilities
- Route Execution: Review routes in advance, ask clarifying questions as needed, and complete assigned work on time with attention to quality.
- Safety & Inspections: Complete required pre- and post-trip inspections and ensure equipment is safe and operational before starting work.
- Equipment & Material Handling: Operate equipment safely and efficiently, follow traffic laws and site protocols, and handle materials according to disposal and safety procedures.
- Reporting & Documentation: Immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns and accurately complete required logs and paperwork.
- Professional Communication: Represent the Company professionally and communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients.
- Adaptability & Reliability: Respond effectively to changing conditions, solve problems as they arise, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: High School or GED
- Experience: 1 year driving experience with lead/supervisor duties – waste & recycling services experience preferred
- Licenses: CDL A or B required
- Age: Must be at least 21 years of age
- Compliance: Must maintain an acceptable driving record and successfully pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, background check, DOT physical, and drug screening in accordance with Company policy and applicable law.

- Communication & Issue Reporting: Effectively communicate with supervisors and teammates, represent the Company professionally, and immediately report equipment issues, incidents, or safety concerns.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting and walking/standing
- Occasional bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, pushing/pulling
- Limited stair climbing and crawling
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs at varying heights, including overhead

3rd Shift, Saturday through Wednesday, between 8:30 PM - 8:30 AM, schedule subject to change based on business needs
