The role of an Inbound Expert involves supporting a guest-first culture, ensuring product availability, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize, and store reserve products, and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability for General Merchandise (GM) categories.
• Operate powered equipment for unloading freight or moving merchandise, if certified.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with regulations.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick-up (OPU), and Drive-Up (DU).
• Work safely, comply with safety policies, and report hazards.
• Assist with other duties as needed to support business operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
• Capability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 44 pounds, involving repetitive motions.
• Ability to remain mobile and work in varying temperatures and conditions.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technology (e.g., handheld scanners).
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Skills

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture.
• Understanding of retail business fundamentals, including sales trends and inventory management.
• Ability to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.

Pay

Starting Hourly Rate: $17.25 USD per hour
