Pay

The starting hourly rate is $17.50 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.50 USD – $26.25 USD per hour.

Schedule

The role requires a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and other peak shopping times. Team members are expected to come to work when scheduled, work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by: greeting guests within 10 ft (friendly smile, eye contact or wave) and within 4 ft (greet, smile, initiate a warm, helpful interaction); helping guests find what they need or resolve issues; ending each transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers in other areas while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
• Execute a detailed, accurate and efficient sorting operation; stock, organize and store reserve product; straighten merchandise on the sales floor; maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• If certified, operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive (ESIM) items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work safely at all times, comply with safety policies, best practices and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU) and Drive‑up (DU), maintaining compliance with federal, state and local adult beverage laws.
• Perform all other duties based on business needs.
